The "Ultra Solid Reactor" is a sludge high-speed reaction solidification device newly developed by engineers who have been engaged in solidification processing equipment for over 20 years, pursuing economic efficiency. It sends warm air from an electric hot air blower to set the temperature inside the device to one suitable for reactions. The hydration reaction between sludge and solidifying agents becomes significantly more active compared to room temperature processing, allowing for a reduction in the addition rate of solidifying agents while still enabling discharge in a dry state, thereby lowering the running costs of the solidifying agents. Automatic adjustment of the addition rate of solidifying agents is also possible, achieving simple and economical solidification processing.
